Ordering:
When
ordering from BurnerSports.com you will receive two confirmation
emails from us. The first one is an email receipt for your order. The
second email will be a conformation that your order has been shipped. A
tracking number for your order will be sent with this email if
applicable. All orders are processed 1-3 days from when you
order. Packaging and shipping times are provided on all product pages for your convenience. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact
our Customer Service Department. Be sure to include your full name and
your order number in the email.
BurnerSports.com uses a
address verification system for your safety. Your billing addresses
much match your address on your credit card. If they do not match your
credit card will be declined. Again this is for our customer's safety.
Payment Methods:
BurnerSports.com only accepts Google Checkout at this time. When
you get to the checkout process you will notice a Google Checkout button that you can click or continue with a credit card payment. At the present time we are only accepting electronic payment.
Sales Tax:
Any order that has a Colorado Billing Address will be assessed a 2.9% sales tax. The sales tax is
automatically computed into the checkout process for those orders that apply.
Any order that has a Colorado Billing Address inside of Ouray County will be assessed an additional 1.0%. This sales tax is
automatically computed into the checkout process for those orders that apply.
Canceling An Order:
We
apologize but once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however
it may be returned. Please see our Questions Section for instructions on
how to return an item or order.
Address Corrections:
When
placing your order make sure your address is complete and correct. If
an address is incorrect the shipping carrier charges us $5.00 for the
adress correction. To recover the costs, we will charge your credit
