Caseworks Return PolicyTURNAROUND TIME
Normal turnaround time is 3-5 business days, except on custom situations. Once the order is received, it should leave our factory within this 3-5 day window. However, Burner Sports will not incur additional expenses such as expedited shipping or price discounting if products should take longer than 3-5 business days to get out. Burner Sports will make every effort to accommodate special requests, but will not guarantee product delivery and will not incur any added expenses if not delivered by a specified date. If the carrier fails to deliver when guaranteed service is paid for, then the restitution will be taken up with the carrier and not Burner Sports.
RETURNS
Merchandise will only be accepted for return with authorization and must be accompanied by an R.A. number. All returned items must be in the original box with packing. You are responsible for the shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. Be sure to insure the merchandise as Burner Sports will not be responsible for broken cases on returns and credit will not be given. There will not NO returns allowed on 100% UV Protection orders, Custom Engraving Orders, Nameplate Orders, Custom Made Cases. Returns WILL be allowed on Team Logo Cases (NFL Team Logo's, MLB Team Logo's, etc.)
DAMAGES
All damaged products must be reported within 10 calendar days from the time of receipt. Burner Sports will not be responsible after this 10 day window expires. Our policy is to issue a damage call tag. All original packing materials must be retained for damage claims. Once the product has been received, we will issue the replacement case. Please understand that Burner Sports is not responsible for damages by the carrier. We will make every effort to get you your product in a timely manner, but we will not incur the cost of expedited shipping under any circumstances. The product will be reshipped under the same method as originally ordered. Expedited shipping in these cases must be paid for by you.
DISCREPANCIES, SHORTAGES AND ERRORS
All discrepancies, shortages and errors must be reported within 10 calendar days from the time of receipt. Call tags will be issued and replacements sent when the circumstances warrant them.
